The Maidstone Health Complex is an integrated facility serving Maidstone and surrounding areas to provide acute care, medical clinic, lab services, x-ray services, home care and long term care with 24 long term care beds, 2 respite beds and 11 acute care beds.

Riverside Health Complex
The Riverside Health Complex is located in Turtleford and is comprised of an Emergency Department(24-7), 9 acute care beds, medical clinic, lab-xray services, home care and continuing care. The continuing care is home to 20 residents and offers 2 rooms for respite care.

Cut Knife Health Complex
The Cut Knife Health Complex is an integrated facility serving Cut Knife and surrounding areas. This facility includes medical clinic, lab services, home care and long term care.

St. Walburg Health Complex & Lakeland Lodge
The St. Walburg Health Complex is located in St. Walburg and serves the surrounding area. This facility includes a medical clinic, home care services and Lakeland Continuing Care Lodge which includes 28 beds with 1 respite-palliative care suite.

Located in Neilburg, the Manitou Health Centre services Neilburg and surrounding areas to provide medical clinic, lab services and home care.

How Can I Donate?
You can donate online through one-time donations or choose a monthly donation option. You can also mail cheques in to the foundation or drop off at the various health centers and they will forward on to us.
Where does my donation go?
You can choose exactly where your donation goes. You pick the health complex and you can choose which area of your preferred health complex the funds go to. For example, you may wish for your donation to go to the Long term care at St. Walburg Health Complex. When your donation is received, that is where it goes. The facility will then choose what is most needed and use the funds towards that.
What type of things are needed?
Every facility is different in what their needs are. Some need things for activities for their long term patients. Some need to raise funds for new equipment and some facilities need funds for facility upgrades.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can! For monthly donors, receipts are sent out every January for tax purposes. For one-time donations an electronic receipt is sent to the email provided. If you would like a printed receipt mailed out simply email [email protected].
